At Stergee, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re here to help.

📅 Return Eligibility

Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be damaged, defective, or incorrect  
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging  
• Clear photos or videos of the issue must be provided

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind  
• Wrong size/color selected by customer  
• Minor color differences due to screen settings  
• Used or damaged items caused by the customer

📦 Return Process

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return warehouse address.

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Approved refunds are usually issued within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

🚚 Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
